CityScape Jacksonville, Inc., dba CityScape Communications, has sold half of its shares of ownership. Jim Nyberg has sold his interest in CityScape Jacksonville, Inc. to Cybercity Communications. This change of ownership will not affect any change in services.

On March 9, 1999, CityScape Jacksonville officially joined forces with the CityScape Communications Springfield office and began collectively doing business as 'CityScape Communications'. The change of ownership will not include another change of name for the Jacksonville office.

Steve Horrighs, Jr., President and Chief Technical Officer stated, "CityScape Communications will continue to provide the high quality services we have in the past. The staff at the Jacksonville office nor the services we provide have not and will not be affected by this change of ownership." Additionally, Steve Horrighs, Jr. remains the President, Chief Technical Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of CityScape Jacksonville, Inc.

Even though CityScape Communications is no longer locally owned, literally, the staff of the CityScape Communications Jacksonville office remain natives of Jacksonville. "Just because the owners of the company do not reside in Jacksonville does not mean that the company itself does not employ Jacksonville folks or do business in Jacksonville. CityScape Communications gives back to the communities in which we do business; this is a corporate philosophy," stated Mr. Horrighs.
