April 26, 1999 Springfield, IL- CityScape Communications has doubled Internet access capacity and added over $50,000 of related equipment in the Jacksonville branch. CityScape Communications doubled line capacity to 200 incoming phone lines and installed two additional high-end remote access servers by Lucent Technologies to accommodate the growth of dial-up customers in the Jacksonville area.

"In the first three months of 1999 our Jacksonville branch increased its subscriber base by over 200 customers.
