Process:
Each docent�s hours record sheet will be reviewed after the 4th quarter and list will be compiled of docents who have exceeded volunteer hours in the amounts of 100, 200, 300, 400 hours, etc.

Eligibility & Criteria:
This award will be given to the docent, active and in good standing who has recorded the appropriate level of volunteer hours for the calendar year. A docent will belong to the highest hour club achieved, i.e. if a docent had volunteered 206 hours in a given year, they would be a member of the 200 Hour club for that year.

Recognition: A certificate denoting the appropriate hour club will be presented to the docent. A list of each Hour Club�s recipients will be posted. A cumulative hour award or recognition device is in the development stage i.e. 500, 1000, 2000 etc. hours of service from beginning of active status.
